You will be creating eLearning courses and demonstrations; using your storytelling skills to create a great user experience across various mediums, including mobile, online, and video. You will be converting crew training materials into content for the learning management system(LMS), and creating material for social media.
The LMS system is new and training will be given by the supplier. For social media you will tend to use Canva and similar to create posts.
You will be updating existing material, generating novel work, and identifying new ways to reach cabin crew and flight attendants.
The business is a rapidly growing company in the Aviation industry with a small, internationally spread, team of specialist retailers. They are a non-hierarchical, hands on, team with a mission to provide the best total retail solutions for airlines. It can be a fast-paced, changing environment as new contracts are won and new clients brought on board.
There is some scope to work from home once the induction period is finished; during induction you will need to travel to meet Crew, the Training manager, etc. An ideal location would be within 30 miles or so of Northampton. There will also be some travel to Surrey at times.
Your degree should be something like English, Marketing, or HR / Learning and Development. Your writing, proofreading, and editing skills will need to be good. And you will need to have very strong (native or business level) written and spoken English and Spanish (European or South American- there are clients in both regions).
The contract is initially for a year, but could be extended or made permanent, depending on how it goes.
