This business provides services to a range of clients across the construction industry. They have invested in the latest software, and have a strong training and development programme. Graduates have previously joined the business and done very well. They are now looking for a graduate to join the team in their Nottingham office.
You will be assisting the Office Manager and Senior Document Controller to provide support to Engineers. In addition to in-house training, you will have the opportunity for day release to obtain a recognised professional qualification.
It’s a varied role, and you will be doing a range of clerical and administrative duties, as well as taking calls and messages on reception. There will also be organisational work, and lots of communication with colleagues and clients.
A bit about you..,
There is some flexibility in degree type, though some may be more relevant than others. Some administration experience is preferred, and an understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) is essential. And you should have some evidence of Maths skills, for example a GCSE.
Good attention to detail is required, and you should be happy speaking with people, and asking questions.
