It’s a great time to be joining this successful and profitable Stoke based manufacturing business, as they have a full book of orders.

You’ll be working closely with the Finance Manager, and learning from her.

There is a nice project initially, as the accounts payable side is being automated, and you’ll be helping with that.

You’ll then move into a more general accountancy support role, and will be getting involved with a wide range of tasks; including prepayments, inventory control, accruals, management accounts, and more.

You will learn a lot. And going forward, the business will support you to study for  additional accountancy qualifications.

In terms of ongoing development, they will see what you are good at and what you would like to do,  and help you get there.

You’ll need to have an Accountancy related degree. Though other Financial related degrees are good too, if you can demonstrate an interest in beginning a career in Accountancy.
