This Colchester based business manufactures a range of items that are used by businesses and educational establishments across the World.
They are looking to add a graduate to their team. The main aim of the role will be develop, implement, track, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You will be able to develop your own ideas for digital marketing activity, from idea to reality. You will devise and own the digital marketing strategy, across a variety of channels, including email/CRM, SEO and paid search, and social media. Also advertising activity including pay per click, video, and display.
There is someone who writes the content and publishes it on social media, but does not deal with the strategic side- that would be your responsibility.
The aim is to generate leads for the sales team, while remaining focused on return-on-investment. You will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing and rise to the challenge of breaking into new markets.
You will be analysing website performance, managing Conversion rate optimisation, and making recommendations on user experience.
There is some flexibility on degree type- while something marketing related would be ideal, knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Google Adwords / Analytics is essential, as you will be taking the lead on many of these areas, and advising other team members. You may not necessarily have studied this, for example if you had your own small business and promoted it, learned the techniques through practice, and had success.
You will be keeping abreast of the latest marketing tools, techniques and challenges to drive the brand's success.
While the preference is for someone full-time, part-time will be considered (at least 3 full days a week). You will need to be in the office at least a couple of days a week, and can work from home the rest of the time.
You will need to already be based in or around the Colchester area.
