They make a range of large lifting equipment that is used by blue-chip food manufacturers, online retailers, and distributors- and you will also be able to visit their sites at times.
A large part of the role relates to stock-control and the supply-chain: looking after the materials and stock and making sure there is enough, and giving parts quotes to customers (plus a lot more which you can see in the full job description). You will be interacting with suppliers, internal staff, and customers. It's a varied role, and you will learn a lot about how the business operates.
You will become a super-user of the SAP B1 business management system, and will be supported with ongoing professional development: for example, if you wished to do a Purchasing qualification- you can even learn to use the Forklift truck if you want.
This is an excellent opportunity, with a decent starting salary which will be reviewed and increased in time.
You should be a recent graduate, ideally with a Business or Logistics, Supply Chain, or Purchasing related degree.
